Marvin: what are some tools used for modding the *.exe s?

Marvin: I know how to program (Mainly C++) i just want the tools for modding the exe.
Mig Eater: If you know how to program then you'd know what tools to use...
Orac: It an exe, so use what you'd usually use for modifying an exe.
